Soul of Namaste’s Philosophy
In the timeless wisdom of the Bhagavad Gita, it is said, “The body and life in it are based on food and sustained by food”. Food is not merely a physical substance but a sacred nourishment, a gift from the divine that sustains all forms of life. It embodies our belief that every grain, every vegetable, and every fruit carries within it a spark of the divine.
At Namaste, we embrace a principle deeply rooted in our tradition and culture - "Annam Brahma - Food is Divine". We are founded on the belief that purity of food leads to purity of mind. Our scriptures guide us towards the intake of food - that is wholesome, nutritious, fresh, and inherently vegetarian. Such food promotes purity, serenity, and equanimity of mind, echoing the teaching that "We are what we eat."
In a world rushing after convenience, chasing after the next quick meal without a second thought about what's on their plate. Our goal is to provide a dining experience that nourishes the body, enriches the mind, and promotes conscious living. Our commitment is to embody the principles of purity in every aspect of our operations, aligning with the three types of purities essential for food.
Purity in Vessels
Paatra Shuddhi as prescribed in Chandogya Upanishad reminds us that the vessels we use for cooking are as significant as the food itself. In the heart of our kitchen, every vessel holds more than ingredients; it cradles purity, tradition, and respect for food as taught in the Bhagavad Gita. It is the vessels that transform ingredients into nourishment.

In every step, Namaste is dedicated to ensuring that these vessels carry no trace of impurity. We embrace the use of organic liquid soaps, consciously avoiding harsh chemicals to safeguard the integrity of our food. Our utensils undergo thorough sterilization in state-of-the-art dishwashing units, and our kitchens are deep cleaned twice daily. We are meticulous in our use of only food-grade materials, upholding the highest standards of hygiene and purity.
Purity in Cooking
Paaka Shuddhi prescribed in Taittiriya Upanishad speaks to the essence of purity in the cooking process, stating, "Let food be cooked with a spirit of holiness, with a feeling of love and devotion. At Namaste, our chefs are not just cooks; they are custodians of purity and tradition. Our staffs dont just adore clean attire but carry clean hearts and intentions. Our people are not only skilled in their craft but are also individuals of good character and intentions, ensuring that every meal is prepared with love, positivity, and a deep respect for the divine nature of food.

We believe in taking good care of our team because happy staff make better food. All our people are offered the highest quality of meals at any time of the day, a comfortable accommodation, a great
